Playing the Library

January 2026

back to work

Playing the Library is a project I undertook with the aim of taking content that already exists, and using it to generate something new. This project considers the idea of originality, playfulness and building systems.

My publication is designed in response to the Golden Ratio and Fibonnachi sequence. It takes content from the library at London College of Communication in Elephant and Castle, London. The publication is a celebration of the relationship between design, science and math. It talks about how these three areas are interconnected, even when one is unconsiously interacting with design.

The book is 48 pages long and is printed with a mix of digital print and Riso Printing. Edition of 5, saddel stiched and printed at the London College of Communication.
